Azenqos Voyager

AZENQOS VoyagerTHE AUTOMATED MOBILE NETWORK TESTER

Azenqos Voyager is an automated mobile network measurement tool. It is a convenient solution designed to perform large-scale network air interface assessments with minimal human intervention. Azenqos Voyager consists of completely centrally controlled field measurement units installed in moving vehicles; such as taxis, subway trains, or fixed in buildings, tunnels, etc. It gives the network operator the ability to remotely monitor, control, and manage large network coverage testing using hundreds of Azenqos Voyager Mobile Units with a few engineers supervising testing activities centrally.

In redefining the network measurement testing approach, Azenqos Voyager allows for a fully remote control testing of fixed or movable testing bases. It features automated test management where you can perform serveral tests ( voice call, SMS, HTTP/FTP, Ping and Email) from a single Azenqos Test Center web-based management system. So, instead of having a mobile test team, you can install Azenqos Voyager in mobile or fixed locations and remotely operate and test the measurements from a central location. Log files can be easily archived by FTP, or uploaded from an SD card.

Azenqos Voyager Key Benefits

Because we know that good measurements data helps you understand network performance and focus on eradicating problem areas quickly, thus reducing churn rate and improving customers experience. Like good medical diagnosis equipment, at Azenqos, we are focused on allowing network operators to test their services with ease and identify and eradicate problems quickly.

  1. 1. Convenience

Azenqos Voyager provides centralized remote control of field test units. Network engineers can remotely execute the test schedule from the Azenqos web application with minimal human intervention. Testing control and report access is vastly simplified.

  2. 2. Automated Massive Network Testing

Azenqos Voyager allows operators to continuously monitor large-scale networks. You can perform network test by mounting the mobile field test units on public transportation such as buses, trains, taxis, or even fixed inside buildings. Data processing from mobile field test units will be automatically reported back to the central server for troubleshooting, reporting, and analysis.

  3. 3. Better Data, Faster Service Level Improvements

With Azenqos Voyager, network operators can perform virtually unlimited tests without additional operating costs. This enables operators to easily gather and monitor network parameters. Higher data availability allows you to pinpoint network problems for further analysis and testing. This helps decrease your response time to troubleshoot network problems, so you can increase your customers' level of satisfaction.

  4. 4. Cost Effective

Azenqos Voyager helps you save operational testing costs; such as transportation or fuel costs, save engineering resources, and travel time, by controlling on centralized management to execute all tests.

How it Works

How it Works

Azenqos Voyager consists of three main parts; Mobile Field Test Units, Test archive server and Analysis server.

  1. 1. Mobile Field Test Units

Inside a small, rugged, weather resistant box that can be attached to many surfaces, the field test units measure RF data, signaling, and service level information along with GPS location information. After setting up the field test units in the desired location, they will operate with minimal human attention. The test units will periodically send log files, or directly upload via USB to the Test Archive Server.

  2. 2. Test Archive server

The Archive Server stores and administers test logs from all clients in the system. Test logs will be imported to the database for further analysis and reference.

  3. 3. Analysis server

The Analysis Server is the front-end system for test engineers where they can access test logs; search; analyze and visualize test data on maps. The Analysis Server also controls administrative tasks, such as client authorization.
