Azenqos Voyager provides you with SMS, Voice Call, Http/FTP, Email and Ping test in a small test unit. The tests can be easily performed set up through a server following a scheduled script, and let the test units automatically operate. It can be monitored and controlled by single user at a remote location. Meaning that you can significantly reduce labor cost associated with testing, and increase work efficiency.

  SMS Test

  Azenqos Voyager’s SMS Messaging test intends to automate the measurement of SMS success rate, and other SMS test parameters for tests conducted in wide areas. With this tool, SMS delays in your network can be easily identified and resolved.

  Test configuration for SMS Messaging tests allow network engineers to design test details with great flexibility. Network engineers can create test parameters to suit their testing needs.

  Voice Call Test

  During rush hour or peak usage times, network busy signals can occur which can damage customer satisfaction. Azenqos Voyager allows network engineers to detect degradation in voice call service without difficulty; i.e., to identify when and where dropped calls happen.

  Azenqos Voyager allows automated testing among mobile field test units, or field test units to fixed line tests. This way you can test the quality of your service under multiple scenarios and ensure the service quality.

  Voice Quality Test Supported

  Azenqos Voyager supports automated voice quality measurements. Inside the mobile field test units, it is possible to measure the quality of speech using the PESQ technique; after the test, MOS (Mean Opinion Score) will be calculated on a scale of 1-5 based on human perception, you can easily benchmark, and monitor customer satisfaction related to voice quality.

  Centralized Management is the centralized task planner that lets you remotely schedule tests with an easy to use web-based management interface. You can create and edit test schedules from the server side to run automated tests on individual phones or groups of phones. Each test script can consist of multiple test types or recurring tests using automated test script.
